2007 Dodge Pickup
Mileage90,422Service Date8/4/2023Services Performed- Road test vehicle and did confirm customers concern. Check all suspension and steering parts for wear and found play in 3 of 4 tie rod ends. (not the cause of noise) Check tire pressure and condition. (okay) Checked wheel bearings, U-joints and any other related parts on this vehicle. Tech found that both front wheel bearings have play, and the passenger side has more than drivers side. Also found slack in both front axle u-joints and these need to be replaced at the same time. Wheel bearing is letting the wheel move around on hub, and this is what is causing the brakes to squeal.

2013 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 HD
Mileage108,551Service Date1/6/2023Services Performed- Please check actual oil pressure with scan tool and report. More than likely the stepper motor for the oil pressure gauge has an issue. Performed a gauge sweep test and all gauge testing passes. Checked oil pressure with scan tool and it is reading 106psi just like the gauge is. Inspected sensor and wiring and found that the sensor is leaking oil through the top where the connector connects to sensor. Oil is contaminating the connection and eventually the oil pressure will blow the connector off or top of sensor itself. Needs new oil pressure sensor.

2007 Dodge Pickup
Mileage87,394Service Date11/17/2022Services Performed- Upon inspection, tech found that the exhaust system has been cut off from the turbo down pipe to the muffler. Needs new down pipe, DPF & DOC w/air tubes and possible sensors. Turbo down pipe has been discontinued from the dealer, and we have not been able to find a replacement. May need to go to custom exhaust shop for repairs of the old down pipe. Flange has been cut off right at the bent. Not sure even a exhaust shop can fix this.
